By engaging Skalio for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Skalio provides social media management, web design and development, and software (Skalio platform) services as outlined in your signed proposal or service agreement. The specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are detailed in that agreement.
Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in paused services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Upon full payment, you own all creative work produced for you by Skalio. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Engagements have minimum terms as specified in your agreement. After the minimum term, either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Early termination of a minimum term requires payment of the remaining balance.
Skalio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
