All data transmitted between you and Skalio is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
Access to client data is strictly limited to team members who need it to deliver your services. We use role-based permissions and enforce strong authentication across all internal tools.
Skalio's platform is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with regular security patches, automated backups, and 99.9% uptime SLA.
When managing your social accounts, we use official platform APIs and OAuth — we never ask for your passwords. Access can be revoked by you at any time directly from the platform settings.
In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours and provide a full incident report as required by applicable regulations.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@skalio.io. We take all reports seriously and respond within 48 hours.
